Whenever I'm in a hurry things end up badly. A few weeks ago we had 3 of our grandchildren spending a few days with us. We all went shopping just to get a few things at Wal. Faith and I went to the cosmetic dept. because I had been in need of a new eyebrow pencil.
Wal mart has been "renovating" for over a month now and each week it gets more cluttered and less room to walk through isles. Faith and I were sliding along a unit of make up items. She found a package of 2 eyebrow pencils and "Here Grandma, I found it" She threw it in and we slide back down the way we came to the front of the store.
When I got home and unloaded the bags I took my new eyebrow pencil to my make up case, opened it up and tossed the package. The next morning as I was getting ready I quickly opened my new item. Applied it ....... I had BLUE eyebrows!
Faith and I laughed. I knew then I would have to get another eyebrow pencil. This past Friday as Mom, Dawn and I were shopping I diverted to the cosmetic section. What a mess! Still under the renovation process. Again I slide down the isle, my sister helping me find the correct one. We found it and off we went. When home I proceeded as before to open and use my new item.
Before I tore it open I looked closely ........ it read BLONDE !!!! Not again!
Moral to this story: Shop at Belk not Wal mart for cosmetics.
